Shiny is not guaranteed. Each user has a shiny rate encounter, and this is different for everyone

Good luck! I think Beldum is 1/512 shiny rate—meaning every encounter you have is 0.2% of getting shiny ✨

Depends on the Pokemon and if it is affected by the particular weather. For example if it was a charmander which is boosted by sunny weather and the weather changed to rain by the time you clicked on it, it will no longer be a Hundo

heavily depends on the device and if it can even be rooted. not all android devices can be rooted. best idea is to google your model number followed by magisk root behind it

The base odds of finding a Shiny in Pokemon Go is 1/500. That means most Pokemon that can be encountered in the wild have a 1/500 chance of being Shiny

If you have done nothing in game for 2 hours, you can go anywhere and instantly catch. Then you need to wait a max 2 hours before you can catch again (depends on location of 2nd wanted catch)

Depends on your play style. Teleporting while respecting cool down time, walking and hatching eggs won’t flag your account

But sniping, if you aren’t respecting cool down time, or accidentally perform an action before cool down time, it will shadow banned you
