There is a trick to catch it. Basically you go to spawn and the zorua will get spawned as your buddy then you should walk away from the spawn till the zorua disappear then change your buddy to other Pokemon and go again to the zorua spawn . Now zorua will appear as zorua instead of you buddy Pokemon soo you can catch it with its IV.
