When i telaport to the pokemon, the cp doesnt match the bots pokemon and the pokemon is not shiny. I try to hit the low level ones but it donent work. My account is level 30. Is there a way to fix this?

Are you player level 30+ in game?
shows that it is possible to be shiny, not that it is shiny. Shinies are random chance encounters
