Seeing ivs requires server/API calls that are what causes bans.

I firmly believe the XL/routes glitch is what caused Niantic to finally say to hell with all flyers.... Getting infinite xls AND premium items, lures, starpieces etc from abusing the route+teleporting glitch, because right after they patched it they began to target all rooted users, which they've not done since the game released in 2016.
