Zorua as buddy is a bad idea. You wont see shiny unless you do the trick but if zorua is your buddy you will not know if its a real zorua or your buddy disguise you are seeing

just TP to the coords and either wait for the cooldown period, if youve recently performed any CD actions, or just catch right away if not

if youre on cooldown, you just open the encounter with it and leave that screen open, it wont despawn as long as you stay in the encounter

basically some actions trigger the cooldown timer, and if you travel a long distance after performing an action that triggers the timer, the game flags that you traveled too far in too short of a time period, all pokemon will flee etc. the timer maxes out at 2 hours though. so say you catch a wild pokemon in NYC, then you shoot over to tokyo, you need to wait 2 hours before doing anything that triggers the timer

for shorther distances it mostly correlates i think to realistic travel time

ALSO good tip is that if you dont leave a pokemon encounter, it will never despawn, so if you shiny hunt on CD and find one, you can start the encounter and just wait however long you have left on the CD timer and then catch it safely. just make sure your phone isnt set to auto lock after a certain time

im not sure what ispood is haha but im guessing its like a GTX route and if so yes. any movement under like i think 400-500ishm will count for buddy walking. even jumping.

you can probably find the exact distance somewhere but its a feww hundred meters ish.

sometimes if youre walking too fast the buddy will despawn, i usually try to stay around 1.5m/s when using a route

idk how fast you have it set at but that could be why! but yes you always progress towards candy whether your buddy is out or not, but getting them out and increasing hearts shortens the distance needed to earn candies

does your level determine IV spreads? irecently have been using an alt and like, ive been getting so many god PVP ived mons. like i have more 90-99%ers in a single day than i think ive found in total ever on my level 39 main. like do lower level players have better RNG for rolling 0/15/15 than someone high level?

It's 1/4096 at all levels, the ivs are just randomized under 30

So if you are level 25 and I'm level 40. And we jump to the same hundo coords. Mine will be hundo, yours will not.

But once you hit level 30, the ivs will not be randomized anymore, and the hundo will be hundo for you too

Your level has nothing to do with what ivs a spawn will have

Just that it won't be randomized if your account is above 30
