Yes. Another similar method is changing the buddy right away before the Pokémon showing up. In this way you don’t need to walk away and come back. Most of time this method works for me.

Yeah, after doing the trick you may be able to see a few but eventually you'll have to do the trick again, you can do the trick only 10 times per day

Depends because you just have to do the buddy trick and hope he stays shown instead of spawning as ur buddy

but i can usually get 20-30 checkls befor ei have to buddy again
