Once you are level 30, coords from then on will be correct. Once you are level 30 and go to a 4 star Pokémon coords you will get a 4 star Pokémon.

Speaking personally, i leave my phone on as there is a risk the app may reload (has happened to me previously), you need to be player level 30+ for the coords to give the listed pokemon. If under 30 the ivs of the pokemon are random. As for raids, i follow the bot, obviously cooldown free before i start then its short cooldown between raids or i only catch hundo/shiny to stay cooldown free

I use the bot in here, #raid_4 for current t5. They post from set areas (usually Singapore or New York. Bot schedule is in the channel description there) so cooldown between raids is only a few minutes if i do catch
