Well I don't just believe in things because someone says it. I know what I did and didn't do last year compared to this year. They spend a lot of our money to try and root out players, then complain that their revenue has dropped.

I don't expect to have access when I wake up, but we'll see. My ban came later than the others did, like end of the day when they went out.

Spoofers bring in A LOT of it. They complained that sales dropped, and that's after bans go out. But they delay the reporting of that to try not to admit that spoofers benefit the game.

Actually it does, it's a location issue. I knew another person, who I personally saw video recordings of his activities. He'd log on, at home in EU somewhere, close the app, reopen, and he'd be in Brazil. Then he'd close, reopen, and be in UK. No spoofer software, nothing. We went through all of his apps, nothing that was spoofing.

Only thing I could find was something to do with old routers/modems that share SNs causing issues.

I don't date PoGO players (I don't share my gym), and he's not from Brazil, which is proof you were skimming & not reading, because I said he lived in EU area.

Evaluate your diet, exercise more, just the basics. But don't do it all at once. Just take it in moderation and increase as you can.

Do not suggest running 5 miles the first day. But there is, or was, a nifty thing called "From the Couch to 5k".

I wasn't overweight, just out of shape. I used to be a distance runner. I did try the couch to 5k method, but I got the "runner's high" and pushed myself too hard, and it felt sooo good, but it hurt.

But you want to start with simple stuff. Look at what you eat regularly, find healthier (and affordable) versions.

Then look at exercise. Don't have to go to a gym or anything. And you can even do it w/ Pokemon GO. There are some great routes, trails, and more. Maybe a little motivation.

I don't eat a lot, but also trying to move, so I'm out of stuff, but I'm not as active as I want to be.

Just don't pay anyone to do anything. You want to be physically active. You can run, walk, jog, and even do like basic grade school PE exercises like situps, pushups, et cetera.

I would report spoofers, back then, for gym sniping. I drove around to gym so it was annoying. Reports did nothing anyway but the fear kept them at bay. Those were local spoofers though. We knew who they were. It was the aggressive randoms id report back home. In the early days.

So the edit/remove gym form gets human replies. First is auto then it’s regular. You could try that way and force a human reply, but they will probably tell you to use another link to the ban appeal.

No way of knowing. It seems their method of detection is supposed to check going back by an amount of time. So if you stay legit after 7 day, you should be ok. If they do a check 6 months later and you’re all legit, you should be ok, but they haven’t always followed their own strike policy.

I recall, they only check back 6 months. Another spoofer told me this. As he got his 30 and then a 7. But going back 6 months could mean anything.

Actually, that method does unban you from in-game support. But the direct email approach does nothing. Plus, you can’t do that method once you lose account access.

Oh, and if you’re a wayfinder, and you play other Niantic games, you lose access to wayfarer. Being banned in one game locks you out of wayfarer, even if, say your Ingress account, is still in good standing.

But the program used for their chat is not part of the game; it’s connected to it. But also if you use 2 devices and open a ticket from the same account on one, you will not receive the reply on the other nor see it. Wayfarer help chat is the same.

I find that odd that it’s associated with your device AND account. It should just follow the account.

So that’s the newer 7 day. I would open a ticket as if it was a premium pass, you paid for it and they are denying your money. But honestly, just say “was doing a raid, got kicked. Couldn’t get back in. Past lost. Please restore”. They’ll likely give it back because they don’t check. I’ve been given premium passes for lost free/daily passes many times. I just don’t specify.

I also “accidentally” open the wrong chat method so I can bypass which pass I used. This way I’m not lying, I’m just leaving out information. Good luck if you try.

If you're only after shinies playing in a high spawn density area would be enough. Zaragoza (coords in the pinned messages) or NYC would be enough. If you're after shundos then #100community and coord hop any pokemon you want with next to it until it shines
