Hi guys, I am just getting into PvP....Can please someone explain to me why people are looking for mons with below average IV and use them for pvp? Even the bots here post mons with stats like 4/11/15. Why would you even want that? Why not take a hundo and power it up as close to 1500 as possible for Great League???? I am confused 😄 Spent 3 years collecting shundos and hundos and now it seems like they are useless

The attack stat means nothing in pvp. Pokémon with high attack stats typically don’t fare well in pvp. There is lots on the internet re PVP. Have a look

Ideal IVs let you get closer to the max cp for each league too, I believe

Trying out is good. But before you waste candy and more importantly, dust. See what Pokémon are best in class and search out best iv’s for pvp. Only invest in the best iv ones you have that are meta relevant

yes but most articles I read said that the difference in performance between lets say 1456 and 1496 cp is so small that it is not worth stressing over 😄

I guess, but we have a pvp channel so the way I see it is to get a rank 1 and then fill it up and get the extra move and tm as needed. Gamepress has a good site for all 3 leagues.
