Im So confused on how I am meant to catch 100 ivs when there is cool-down

Either only hunt when you have no cooldown or hold the hundo/shundo on the catch screen until your cooldown is over.
Teleport alone does not cause cooldown

Are you believing your app timer as it doesn't

If you do an action that causes cooldown (catch attempt for example) then teleport that will give cooldown. If you have not done anything in game for over 2 hours you can go anywhere and catch. That will then put your cooldown at that location

Why isn't there a pvp slowpoke server so people can get good iv pvp slowpokes? It's so hard to navigate the pvp community channel and I haven't seen a single great league galarian slowpoke show up and there's no way to search for them either.

It's really unfortunate for the broken search feature, almost a year now still no fix
The only way to get them is to manually scroll #pvp_community or be a silver donor and get dm notification
