Theoretically the ranks should be same because the cp formula does not change with shadows and therefore the ivs remain intact. The higher attack and lower defense might change breakpoints of the pokemon but if the impact was that big, the pvp sites would have had a different section for shadows

Stadium gaming is not the only pvp site, there are a couple others as well and none show a different rank for shadows
