So lets say you fly after that to australia

And catch a pokemon the game nows that isnt possible so ot will softban you

The max time you have to wait is 2 hours so iff you wait 2 hours after that uou can catch again.

But i tjink softbanned can take up to 12 hours not sure about that

And say you are in new york and want to go 20km further the time is less to wait. Some apps have a cooldown timer

When there is a event or spotlight for double triple evolution xp event. I save for days upon days. So the entire even I can just evolve. Clear hundreds of thousands at a time. Highest I cleared was little over million. That was just 2 hours.
