So a couple things so we can stop asking the same questions.

1. Zorua will copy your buddy.
2. Zorua will appear some super rare pokemon like mewtwo.
3. Zorua will appear as itself.
4. Atm there no hundo coordinates but be patient. I have feeling there maybe since it is spawning as itself.
5. When you catched the disguised version, like ditto it's CP and IVs will change after the catch. When you catch itself as itself they stay the same.

I'm thinking you may just of had some crazy rng, where the zorua on the map wasn't actually disguised as your buddy (I.e. if you had a different buddy it would still look like zorua on he overworld). You should try a 2nd time with your method after you cooldown and see if it still works 🤷‍♂️
