That is Niantic speed lock. Do a leader battle or have go plus on and not catching or spinning.

depends on how fast you're checking really. If you're that fast then you'll still be placed on some sort of rate limit and the spawns will take a bit. Game freezing well, welcome to pokemon go

I test from android 9-13 on multiple devices. So can be patient and let devs fix. Downgrade. Or #pokemod runs great on my android 12

Ipogo beta doesn't provide correct cords also when i go there the Pokemon doesn't spawn for me
