In my experience virtual go plus has been the main thing that’s given me strikes. When I catch everything manually I don’t have issues. Just put on catch boost and 100% hit. I usually stick to local spoofing. Other than getting about 2 Hundos a day. And usually try to keep the hundos I get within the US
