I guess the easiest idea would be have your "go plus" spin all the stops, and delete the tasks you don't want until you get 3 in a row that you do want. Complete the tasks and rinse / repeat. Or some apps let you one click the pokestops...just have to find them in brute force fashion 🤷‍♂️
