google can help with win requirements for level ups, typically is the amount of wins for each level number will be required iirc. 19 for level 19, but of course it resets with each level so its not just 19 overall but 19 after level 18. Every 5 levels the requirement is lessened (5,10,15) etc. After level 20 it goes from number of wins to the rating system which will dictate how quick you level up. Or something. Hate PVP
