If you are new to DoASC I would heavily suggest against learning it as a way to farm LB points. You will have a maxed out LB title using literally any other method before you have learned enough to be even a half-decent E/Mo.
However if you are interested in the SC and DoA itself don't let me dissuade you from trying! 🙂 I would, in that position, recommend starting as a mesmer. If that's the case, best of luck finding a group!
