From what I know from the times I've played around with Clairen, her new nspecial works as a stalling tool to recover/mix up timing with, a combo extender, and a kill move

Level 1 and 2 nspecial are the levels to use

As far as I know

Level 3 can lowkey work to catch people at ledge or people not being careful on recovery but most of the time, it's definitely about level 2-1
