A couple years back my fam and I went to Florida for christmas. I got really sick so they cancelled my tickets to Disney World and I stayed at the hotel to recover.

They went in eager and loose and they got back on the plane anxious and uppity. Not loose at all, they just became tired and tense.

I was just so loose and my skin super duper soft. It was total opposite of what they went through

So to recap: They went on an expensive vacation expecting to have fun and came out in tatters and I got sick, cancelled my tickets and stayed at the hotel and my entire soul was like healed over the course of like a week.

Vacations aren't just about going to an expensive place, they're about healing oneself after long-term stress and if you make good memories along the way, that's a plus.

Dad and I just got back from a micro-vacation. He and I both feel a heck of a lot looser. We mostly slept and enjoyed the pool, but we also went to the aquarium and went shopping. Got tons of sushi and other foods. We didn't buy much.

He and I got back a day early and he got to sleep and rest all day Sunday. We both feel a lot lighter I think.

One of my greatest frustrations in life is people worry so much about being rich, but they never think to be rich where it truly matters until it's too late.

Some do, and they are cherished long after they're gone. But for those that don't, they're never truly happy.

Those that fight for things that won't make them happy, people who fight solely for riches, they're miserable in life and they more often than not die in misery.

But being there with my dad, just spending time, hanging out, enjoying some good food and some good memories? That's all I really needed or wanted.

That's all I gotta say on that note. 🙂 Remember - you can be rich, but remember to be rich where it matters also.

NOW I got stuff to work on today, off to the side of putting my meds together. I'm gonna go work on that ;P
