chicken fillet, cut into stripes, fried with some chili and garlic
1/4 of the cheapest spaghetti pasta I could find, cooked as normal
like 1/5 of a red pepper, cut into stripes, added to chicken
2 eggs
half of storebought sauce powder packet mixed with like 50ml water if not less
some fresh chives at the end

put on the pasta, put on the chicken, whisked? the eggs? I dunno the english word for it

added pepper to chicken

put pasta and eggs in the chicken pan once pasta finished

then added the sauce, did the dishes in the meantime, cut up some chives at the end

that's itttt

pretty cheap and very , the chicken and eggs are the only parts that aren't dirt cheap

oh I added mushrooms too

since I wanted more pepper but didn't have that

they also were fried, but added later since they fry quickly and I want em to come out softened and not super dry

it always shocks me how cheap vegetables are compared to other stuff

so putting in extra carrot, onion, mushrooms or whatever else into every dinner helps me save on the meat

same for lettuce in sandwiches

iun use any fancy spices, I just need salt for my rice/pasta and chili and garlic for everythin else

When I went in for radiation they would take the mask they made and put it over my face and lock it in place so my head doesn’t move a single millimeter.
