I'd actually say $690 is a bit overpriced. Might be worth checking some other storefronts to see if you can get it for around $450-500.
As a sidenote, you should be able to find similarly priced Laptops with an RTX 4050 (and a slightly newer CPU as well) for about $600-680. Obviously it will depend on your region but just figured I'd throw my thoughts in.
