what i do phase 3 duke is dash into him with shield of cthulhu. no flying or jumping or anything. just dash at the right time and youll bounce right off of him. remember, he follows a pattern of 1 dash, 2 dashes, 3 dashes, repeat, though the single dast right after he transitions to phase 3 often doesnt even seem like a dash, so i usually start counting at 2
id still suggest amphibian boots for phase 1 and 2 tho
