basically, it changes the firing order of your ammo from "top to bottom" to "any ammo"

that way, you can mix arrow/bullet types without needing to constantly pause to swap between effects

cuz a lot of arrows/bullets apply debuffs and such
and generally, you wanna apply as many debuffs as possible
but doing so for said builds is just painfully annoying
