well why did you destroy the dungeon anyway?

one fix I could suggest is by using TEdit, make a new world with an intact Dungeon entrance, copy the entire Dungeon entrance and retrofit it into your map with the destroyed Dungeon entrance using TEdit

if the direction where the new Dungeon entrance isn't correct, just make a new one until you get it

I have been able to once "open surgery" my world with TEdit, by copying an entire chunk of Corruption biome into my Crimson world, replacing one of the existing Crimson biomes in that world with the Corruption biome chunk I copied
