early hardmode, you break the altars basically, you go to your evil biome and smash the altars, this is what it looks like in Crimson

if you're in Corruption, it looks spiky instead and darker color, but still very similar

use your Pwnhammer to smash them, else you'll take damage and you won't break it

while you're at it, collect some crates you can use them as decoration

while you're at it why not make a good loadout for every class and kill every boss with every loadout you made

The player must be standing near the World Spawn Point (not necessarily the player's spawn point).
At least one Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart must have been destroyed.
At least one player must have 200 health or more. (If this is not met the Goblin Battle Standard will not work)
There must be no Goblin Invasion already in progress

If you meet all the requirements and still had no luck i'd recommend crafting a goblin battle standard, thats how i did it
