Hi, I am having problems running terraria well for some reason. I have historically not had problems with terraria. My computer is I7 8th gen so decently good yet I was lagging so bad on terraria today it was freezing and even crashed. I lowered the video settings really low and it was still freezing. maybe im a bit biased cuz 1.2 was my first playthrough and that was also my only playthrough back then cuz 1.3 came out right as i was about to finish the playthrough (kinda felt like an extension to my playthrough), but 1.2 felt like it was easier to freely swap between the classes. i remember getting all the good stuff in all the classes and playing around with everything before progressing further into the game

that lesson has definitely served me. i wouldnt have the software development job i have now without the attitude of "i can do this on my own", and i learned that attitude from playing video games solo

honey is great. you should always be using the shield of cthulhu at this stage of the game. you can make a 2-wide dip in some solid platform that you can dash past with your shield to go in and out of the honey without it slowing you down. this will buff you for 30sec
