Also shroomite armor can lend a hand, plus red rider armor and leggings can be swapped out for similar effects plus stronger minions. Keep the helmet.

ninja tabi/master ninja can help you a lot to reach max speed instantly.
combine this with wings and itll help you run circles in the first phase.
