If you can't find gold then you have a platinum world. If you can't find platinum then you have a gold world. They are equal stats btw. Don't trash the coppershortsword. You need it for endgame. Keep it stored in a chest.

If your playing ranged try to break the orbs or hearts in the evil (crimson: hearts. Curroption: orbs) break those with bombs and the tiles will also break. You either get a musket from curroption or a pistol from the crimson

There's also a spike ball chain thing that drops and that's pretty good for melee

book of skulls is such a weird weapon to use... at times its a dps machine that outdps the demon scythe for me(mainly because i miss a lot). Other times, it's useless

against bosses like deerclops book of skulls actually melts it

but against eye it just doesn't want to hit it lmao
