I think I had fledgling wings, spectre boots, shield of cthulu, brain of confusion, band of regeneration, and panic necklace. That was master mode so you probably can take out panic necklace. Not saying those are optimal but it's what I had

All armored or warding. I also had all available useful potions and area-of-effect healing items
