Ig it counts as cheese because you are technically cheesing the enemies, but they are easy anyways and arent mini/bosses. Its more an exploit of the pathing and spawning mechanics imo because you are manipulating the mechanics in a way that benefits you.
I personally love exploits like afk farms. And cool stuff like hoiks.

yeah it's good cheese. Bad cheese is manipulating immunity frames like the old slime saddle target dummy glitch. That got patched but yeah that was 100% cheese lol. Also using nurse during boss fights at all is considered cheese to me, especially if you're face tanking a boss and abusing nurse heal with autopause. Yuck.
