You get the vampire frog staff specifically as a drop from enemies that pop out when you fish during a blood moon- however, these enemies are fast and tough! so- you make your fishing pool into a closed box, and mine out 1 blockand hammer the ends- with this done you can fish out the enemies withought the enemies attacking you(be carefull if you move down the eye fish can slip through). If you do this you can spend the whole blood moon fishing and accumullating the enemies. Once the blood moon is over, seal up the hole and put a summon in the box
