not really. Obsidian is better overall because it increases whip damage and speed as well as minion damage by almost twice as much as bee armor does. It also gives you more defense. The lost minion is made up for by the more consistent whipings you are dealing out, and the more damage you are dealing with minions. Because more consistent whip, more consistently uptimed minions

alternatively, your melee friend could just use the bee keeper and hive pack combo and attack the hungry that approach

the ark has a debuff dealing 103 dps, and its projectiles have varying immunity frame times, with one being as low as 3

I'm not gonna tell you not to do the crate grind if you really want to, but if you're only 100 crates in and bait farming is already driving you crazy, you may want to reduce the scale
