in that case, you are. the hallow should have, along with your world evil, tore a giant stripe of itself through your world - look for a heavenly-looking place with blue grass, white stone, and crystals underground.

(as well as unicorns that will hit you with the force of a truck.)

hallowed mimics will look like conspicuously large chests that are far more detailed than regular ones (regular mimics look like ordinary, small chests)

they have a whole plethora of lethal attacks and are somewhat rare encounters, so fight them in a large area with ranged weapons.

(alternatively, kill regular underground hallow enemies until you have a lot of the souls of light they drop, and craft them into keys of light which you can put into empty chests - the chests will transform into hallowed mimics if you do so, allowing you to fight them in any arenas you've built)

I've never needed an arena for Plantera - just a powerful ranger weapon like the Onyx Blaster or Chlorophyte shotbow, and a sufficiently large one of the jungle's many large cavities - drilled out to remove any floating terrain or houses if needed.

Just clear the area of any angry trappers, jungle creepers, and man-eaters beforehand, and then look for the nearest bulb and start heading for the spot.

Hallowed mimics are naturally generating rare mobs in Hallow

They can also be spawned with a key of light with 15 souls of light which can be found by killing any enemy in the Underground Hallow

I can fight corrupt mimics all the time by using keys of night at my home base,

but I'll only ever run into them otherwise in the underground corruption.

Likewise goes for Hallowed mimics, just with the Hallow and Keys of Light.
