Queen slime is impossible as summoner pre mech, I feel like I am getting bullied. 1st phase, easy, 2nd phase, impossible. My best chance has been a long platform and the golfcart but she's still faster

a strategy i used for queen slime was to alternate between actually attacking and just dodging

What I learned from queen slime is just run

So building a loooonnggg arena with maybe an extra 2-3 layers would suffice since you don't have wings

More layers are good for phase 2 dodging.

Phase 1 -> Just run in 1 direction. I assume you have speed gear for this. Outrun the baby mobs to focus only on the queen slime. The minions deal majority of the damage due to their swarm of attacks. Without them, Queen slime is dodgeable

Phase 2, this is where the layers of the arena help. Use your king slime to immediately climb to the top layer and begin your battle. The climb, if you made your arena big enough, can despawn the ground 1st phase slimes. This helps as when you run horizontally in the top of the arena, you won't have to worry about them later as you drop down.

That's kinda what I have been doing, I have built a very long platform to run from her but even with the golf cart she still catches up, trying to dodge with frost wings doesn't seem possible as the 10 projectiles she fires out hits often enough that I cannot regen fast enough. I could try add another layer or 2 to my long platform but I don't see how it will help much as I quickly leave the slimes she spawns behind anyway

The layers add an extra dodge spot. Since you have frost wings, having more layers gives you that vertical advantage. I observed that when going vertically, the queen slime's flying slimes tend to clump up for me often which gives that extra help on letting my summons aoe them in one go.

There's certain "threading the needle" spots in her attack patterns. Especially when she does that burst slime bomb attack.

Watch some Queen Slime boss battle clips, be it summoner or some other class and observe how/where the players dodge.

Another trick for me, now that you mention on not healing quickly, is to do the nurse heal method where you run to the nurse nearby and pay for heals. Run there and click fast enough, the you'd fully heal before queen slime flies right at ya. Better when you go to nurse after you despawned the small minions

That's what I did to cheese most bosses in my summoner run

Im having wierd problem with my tmodloader. I am playing clamity(not infernum) and my heart statues only VISIBLY place when i am facing left. they wont VISIBly place facing right. Same thing with my 1/4 second timer, but it just wont place at all visibly no matter direction. Just those two things. Here is my mods list. Please i need help. Like I could totally imagine a crossover update where they make post-moonlord just a victory-lap of all kinds of crossover content, with moonlord level bosses and the world being filled with new enemies and such from different IP's, and them adding new accessories and pets and all of that.

the biggest problem is just that there's really no reason to. I mean half of the people who've bought the game and opened it haven't even gotten to skeletron, and most people who've played the game have never even gotten to moonlordd.

and since the underworld only has pre-hardmode enemies at the start of hardmode, right under the world evil biome is the best place to farm for souls

I have a quick question last night I was playing and I released the butterfly that I captured to go kill the one boss, but when I went to release it, it only drops from my inventory and it doesn’t start flying around. Do you know any way to fix that by any chance?
