I've seen it, it shows how to manipulate the spawn point (vertically not laterally) but not how to reliably predict the exact (lateral-wise) blocks they'll spawn on beforehand

im not sure if you can change where they spawn horizontally, i think thats fixed, only reason you can change vertical is in case you mess with the world by either filling that spawn space in, or removing it; they still have a spot to spawn

I don't need to change where they spawn horizontally I'm just trying to predict where exactly they will spawn so I can build around it, it looks roughly centered on the entrance but there's no easy reference frame since the length of the entrance looks inconsistent

construct your build, and fill back in their spawnpoint while knowing where the spawn blocks are so its centered and in line

Guys I'm Sorry for the newb question but I'm clearly missing something: I'm playing with a friend and we beat the Dungeon cursed man Yesterday. We're both 1st times and now we don't understand what to do in order to progress, we're trying to explore the dg with Little success, we have over 200 HP. I was looking at Pickaxes and I saw the Nightmare, wiki says it's post eater of worlds. But our pickaxes can't destroy those walls to summon the eater. What are we missing?

Greetings everyone, for whatever reason Terraria on Windows 10 just keeps crashing after around five seconds of loading the intro cinematic (The game was working yesterday, it only started crashing after I verified the integrity of the game files to troubleshoot an issue with the ingame music slider)

I reinstalled the XNA framework as the log mentions problems with that but it didn't really fix anything at all

throw is a Peddlers Hat and it gives you the Peddlers Satchel... this makes it so the traveling merchant sells more items when he comes

throw in a Life Fruit and it will give you an Aigis Fruit which gives a small permanent defense buff (i thin its 3 or 4)
