other than that worlds and characters should work fine in new updates

mods are generally tailored to specific versions and thus need to be updated to work on newer versions by the devs behind them

I think I just found a bug, not sure if this is a known one. Trowing a guide voodoo doll into lava caused a bunch of my npc's and town slimes to die

I think it had something to do with the housing, that it was too small for both an npc and a slime? But that the slimes were still assigned to those houses when first freed/spawned?

you should use battle potions in the world evil and it drops from the slimes in there. To increase spawn rates even more, you should use a water candle and you should use sentries to kill them for you. It might take a while but you should get one easily this way.

I set up a hosted Linux server running Ubuntu and installed tmodloader, created a test world etc. Then I installed and reloaded it with some mods (Calamity, Calamity Music, Corruptionremover, ExpandedInventory, PersistentPlayerPosition, PokemonPetsMod, RecipeBrowser and SharedMap)

We can connect, play etc

but SOMETIMES (no consistently) we cant connect - it is stuck on the connecting tab. we cant reproduce it, as it seems to be random

even when someone is already on the server, sometimes I cant connect and its stuck on connecting

"sudo netstat -tuln | grep 7777" gives an empty response

When someone joins, it states that in the server log:

if you teleport back to home while you summon a boss, does the boss follows you all the way over your home?

most bosses will despawn if you do that, with a few exceptions like queen bee and moon lord

you need to talk with old man at the entrance during night, select "curse" option to summon skeletron and then beat him

that will stop dungeon guardian from spawning and allows you to explore the dungeon
