I've tried pretty much most big weapons. Kaleidoscope, Last Prism, Nebula Blaze, Lunar Flare, Rainbow Rod, Meteor Staff, Staff of Earth, celbration MK2, Vortex Beater, Zenith, Daybreak, Meowmere.

I've pretty much just ran myself into a wall constantly. At this point I'm just hoping to find someone that has defeated her before in the day light and hope to get there assistance.

You can summon it with a friend, the easiest way to do it is the have wall that has a 101 block area covered in torches with platform on for a mini arena (you don't need the arena just an open space to run)
