You can get those at any time you'd like. I usually get them before hardmode, but if you feel like you need a small upgrade that's a good way to go since they will be with you the whole game

You'll have to complete a Frost Legion. It can be summoned using a Snow Globe that you get from presents that drop from any enemy during the Christmas event time

Generally the order is (King Slime, if he shows up first), Eye of Cthuhlu, Evil Biome boss (worm or brain), Skeletron, (Queen Bee if you want to) and then WoF. Any time after evil biome, you can do the Old One's Army event for the boss drops - mostly beneficial to summoners, but the sentries can help anyone in the other prehardmode bosses.

best I can recommend is just using an autoclicker, it isn't the most consistent/efficient but you can AFK pretty well overnight
just average out the time it takes for a fish to bite and set that as your click rate
usually with max fishing gear I set mine to 2 seconds

for summons you can try getting deadly sphere staff from solar eclipse first (or desert tiger if you got lucky with desert key), swap harpy wings with hoverboard or spectre/bone/mothron wings, swap ankh shield with star veil and swap terraspark boots with amphibian boots
you can also make your arena a lot wider and with more spaced out platform layers

If you can farm the earlier stages of pumpkin moon, for the necromatic scroll from mourning wood, and the hercules beetle from the witch doctor, you could combind them into the Papyrus scarab and swap it with the emblem.
Same damage boosts, however you'd get extra knockback and an additional summon

Then you need to account for the fact that most bosses defence changes between phases - you can just do 2 calculations for that or however many you need

Basically, in the cavern layer, you blow up an area approximately 170 blocks wide and 100 blocks tall. With those measurements, you make a platform of blocks in the center of the giant box.
Place lava in the bottom portion (to prevent spawns), and set up a volcano trap to automatically kill enemies
Something like this. Add a water candle and drink battle potions to increase spawn rates. Blocks of jungle to increase spawns as well.
This is also very helpful for early hardmode. You can place (300?) blocks of hallow/evil (not both), and the tough enemies will drop souls of light/dark.
