the angler has a restriction that you can only turn a quest fish in once per day, but you can still catch multiple quest fish in that day (just make sure after catching one then you put it in a chest or else you won't be able to catch more) then catch as many quest fish as you think you can get I usually stop around 2am (starting from 4am) after all of that you can turn in your first quest fish, save and exit, rename your character, log in and you can repeat that up to as many quest fish you caught and keep turning in multiple quest fish in a single day

only if you truly get stuck though, you can just mess around, try to explore the whole world and you'll probably get through the whole game that way.

dont use items other players give you, avoid playing with anyone who hasn't started on your save as thats a guaranteed way to ruin the progression

Depending on when you fight it, but I wouldn't challenge it until you get your hands on Terra blade, seedler and vampire knives.

Terra blade makes it much easier to hit anything lol. Un ironically also you could get some summons like the desert tiger staff or blade staff alongside the Staff of the frost hydra or queen spider staff to give you some extra poking damage to always keep on damaging it even while you're dodging as a melee

Personally regardless of class I always have a few summons and turrets thanks to the table upgrades to keep enemies off my back and get in general poking damage against the boss

Well, I enjoy summoner because I do love a true minion class, you get to have a lot of summons and turrets alongside you + you have a cool whip.

Vanilla summoner is super strong once you get the valhalla set

Depends on your definition of fun, summoner does have cool stuff before it 👀 Its just that it does require stuff like changing the arena a bit for example once you get the spider staff you probably want to add a bit of walls to the arena so the spider summons can climb and stuff like that.

I would use at the start the fire one instead of blue moon (the one you get from shadow chests) and star fury to get rid of the tentacle mouths, then after that use Night edge. But I would switch to Night when I am close enough, it does hit everything
