if you set the beta option to none it will update the version to a version that supports 1.4.4

but you can pseudo make one
in 1.4.4 they introduced the loadout system, on my builder character I use mine to swap between paint sprayer and no paint sprayer by simply not having the accessory in the 2nd loadout and there are hotkeys for switching loadouts

ok, go get hellstone and get molten gear and the molten bow and volcano, then with that, you should be able to beat skeletron, assuming you have 400hp. Use the molten bow as well the whole fight with normal arrows, and reforge the bow to unreal if you can, you should also have spectre boots or better, a double jump or more, and your shield of cthulhu and either the brain of confusion or worm scarf
