Eitherway. I would suggest you craft the ores you got from the Eye into the Demon/Crimtane Bow.

Use some "Jesters Arrows" (Fallen Star + Wooden Arrows) to kill the next boss in the Crimson/Corruption. (Brain of Chuthulu & Eater of Worlds respectively)

I would suggest for a first playthrough, You collect the Mushrooms & Vertebrate (Crimson) or Rotten Flesh (Corruption), Use a bottle placed on a table (to turn the Mushrooms to Powder), And craft the summoning item for the boss.

On the surface of the Corruption or Crimson, Place 1 or 2 layers of flat Wood Platform blocks. (You can jump and fall through them). as your arena
