Depends if you want to do king slime or eye of cthulu first

I think for both you need to have used at least 1 life crystal

Eye of cthulu has a random chance to spawn every night but iirc you can make a summon item with some lenses at a demon/crimson altar

King Slime can spawn if you kill 150 slimes during a slime rain, but you can also make a summon item with some gold/platinum and a ruby to make a crown, then combine that with some gel at an evil altsr
