yeah ik i just dont understand how my terraria performs worst than games like rust and ark survival evolved everytime im in a projectile heavy fight i get 30 fps and everything slows down but when i see vids people fighting the same boss they have no issues

i have a good pc too

i put it on high priority and nothing changed

they used to be extremely effective, however I believe bosses now gain I-frames from bunny stacking, so not quite as useful as they once were

can anyone help with empress of light fight during day?

1. equip wings
2. make two rows of platforms, one on top of the other, make it 15 blocks apart (you can adjust this later)
3. Get a flare gun and 1000 flares (should cost like 3 gold coints at most)

4. a summon (deadly sphere is preferable)
5. equip tiki armor, and that accesory that increase summon (these are aqquired from the witch doctor)
6. get a bewitching table and use the buff

7. before starting the fight, use all 1000 flares (be sure to summon your minions first), this will take like 5 mins. you MUST kill EOL within 5 mins after firing the flares (note: you will know if you are ready when you can no longer fire flares from the flare gun)
8. When summoning EOL, be sure to equip a melee weapon to kill the butterfly. A pickaxe could work. but not a drill, drill will absolutely not work
9. during the fight, when EOL screeches, jump down to dodge attack and immediately get back to the top row of platforms when she's done attacking (if you still get hit by her dash, just increase the platform's vertical distance)
10. when she reaches second phase at half health, JUMP DOWN, because she will teleport to your location. You will know she's about to teleport to you when she just suddenly stops midair.

11. Repeat step 9 until either you or EOL dies

OR, if you just want the terraprisma, I suggest just joining one of those free item servers and just get it
