well either way we dont need to know exactly what GPU you have. if you have one at all. Your cpu has onboard graphics which will technically run terraria without issue but may be the cause of your frame issues. I doubt it would run at 60 fps on on board graphics though. You can unlock your frame rate in the settings. Disable frame skip and it should smooth it out. I used to get headaches till I did that.

You can change the game process priority via task manager

It and a few other things helped me to run modded multiplayer terraria (which requires 8 GB RAM) on 4 gb ram laptop with almost no lag

Like minimalistic settings, cleaned register + cache and closing other bg programs also helps, but the task priority literally removes all the lags. Normally it's "normal" and you can set it to "high". Maybe it affects system performance, but i had no troubles

Oh im out of suggestions. I made sure his hardware was fine but thats the extent of what I can do for him since I dont use any mods and im not experienced with troubleshooting them. Hes not overheating or reaching usage limits. He says he maintains his system weekly keeping it dusted n all that.

Mixed probably. 3 spiders the mix in some other stuff. With how much queen slime flies, both will struggle. The "best" summon for her is Sanguine. But sanguine is also a sidegrade to blade staff in most circumstances so there isnt a huge point to get both unless you just want to be that optimal.
