It's the only early hard mode boss she's really useful for

The rest are a bit too fast

But she also obliterates any regular enemies

every time the firecracker hits, the next minion shot does 2.75x?

It only applies to the first minion hit and causes a small explosion then you need to hit with the whip again cause the debuff is used up each hit

So it's optimal to use it with minions that only have 1 summon but stack damage each time summoned, like Abigail, Desert Tiger, and Stardust Dragon

That way you get the full force of all your summon slots multiplied at once

It's extremely effective on the destroyer since it causes an explosion damaging multiple sections

And Abigail gets 130% of her base damage with every summon slot used in hard mode

She starts at 10 before you factor in damage boosts from equipment and armor

So at 7 slots thats already 91 damage

Again, before you factor in accessories and armor to her base damage

Every 1 damage you can increase Abigail's base damage by is about 25 more damage with 7 slots and a firecracker

So small increases have a huge impact on it

you use the chlorophyte extractinator to switch ores.
Shimmer is used to change an ore to a lower tier, example: Titatinum>Adamantite>Mythril>Oricalchum>Cobalt>Palladium

It doesn't seem possible does it? This wee lad taking down a titan such as the Moon Lord. Titan will have to observe this world for a time, possibly sending periodic minions to test this young lad and see if he's actually worthy of combat against the mighty Titan Lord. He took down Moon Lord, sure, but Titan is the mighty older brother of Moon Lord and far surpasses his younger brother's malice and illcontent for lesser life forms.

I would think in ftw due to wanting to be even further away from destroyer most people would favor Daedalus with Wormtooth arrows or repeater with jesters as far as bows go. Then again with the bats pierce and destroyers general lack of defense I can see how it would be good.

hey guys, so not sure if there's a better channel for this, but i created myself a challenge. I have ADHD and struggle with long haul play so this kinda feeds into my playstyle. Your mileage may vary because of that, but it's still a challenge for those dedicated expert players. I call it the One Up Challenge.
The premise is creating a new player difficulty between normal and hardcore. In this challenge you have one life, just like hardcore. If you lose, the level is done, you need to delete it and start fresh. But for every boss you defeat, you get an extra life. This means you CAN die, but you need to defeat at least 1 boss before your first death. You need to focus on being careful, you need solid strategy. No just running into battle without plans and potions. What I think this does is forces you to play out parts of the game that you may focus less on. You can't afford to risk lives, so you'll focus on farming for those potions. You can't risk lives, so you'll really focus on optimizing armor and accessories. You'll take the time to get luck right, to build safely, etc. This may just be me being ADHD, but I'm curious if anyone else enjoys this and how it goes for them. I came up with it recently, and I haven't beaten the challenge yet, but I'd love to hear if anyone tries this and especially if anyone beats it

yeah my first thought was after hard mode just cuz of the amount of time it took for me to get to that point. You end up gaining a bit of momentem that makes the early game seem to drag on and seem longer than it is

Im partial to master or expert mode just cuz of the extra accessory slot. so many items you can make clutch combos with
