You can use tedit for that if you’re willing to deal with a bit of tediousness. You can go into the brush option, erase mode, and make so that all but the block you’re looking for gets deleted.
Then once you find them, click the undo button to show where they are in relation to all else

The main problem was melee doesn't have any kind of homing weapons, which means its hard to hit him without seeing him and if I can see him then I am in danger of being hit with moon boulders and lasers. Being close to moon lord is asking for death.
I had to slowly chip away at him using terrablade and sometimes daybreak when I got close and then running away to regen.

The easy way to look for hidden meteorites, is checking out on some not so obvious pits on surface or just running around with a metal detector(if you have one)

That very specific event is meant to be defeated using sentrys
But if you dont wanna use them your loadout should be pure crowd control and high damage(also some way to dodge betsy)

I mean using the nurse to heal you is an intended game mechanic
and sitting on platforms shooting enemies is an intended mechanic in fps shooters
yet it's called 'cheesing' if you do it from a platform that the enemy can't reach you from

well wings are an accessory you get much later in the game, unless you mean fledgling wings, which barely work and can be outclassed by a pair of frog legs
