Neither. if you are at the point of having an ankh shield then you have access to wings and the horseshoe balloon isn't really needed. And the Ankh shield itself is pretty situational for debuffs but can be pretty decent if you are still relatively low skill level and keep getting hit.

Sort of, as long as you don't touch the Wall itself. Golf Cart can tie the Wall at its fastest, so that helps too.

I haven't tried it at all, let alone on Legendary, but it'll definitely work there too, from what I've seen. I used Bee's Knees and Phoenix, though.
