That bow probably won't suit you well.

Scourge of the Corruptor is a nice main melee weapon, Piranha Gun has effective crowd control, Rainbow Gun is free damage, Frost Hydra is one of the best sentries pre-Moon Lord and Desert Tiger an actually good summon.

I prefer to use Asphalt instead. Simpler set up, and still lets you outrun some of her attacks, but you do actually have to dodge rather than base the path of the minecart on the attacks she'll be using at that time.

Although if you do want to cheese her, the best option would probably be to fill the projectile limit with, say, Flares, so that she cannot shoot projectiles at all anymore. She can still dash and deal contact damage, however.

If the Lunatic Cultist spawns, simply save and exit and the Cultists will be gone. They will not return until the next in-game day.
