And spawn it with the summon.
You need 10 tattered cloth and some wood.
Scouts can be found quite easily if you build a long platform on your beach extending to the world edge and just wait there.

No, but you can use it with the Chlorophyte Extractinator to convert it into Demonite. Same goes for Tissue Samples.

Once the Wall of Flesh is defeated, two diagonal lines of biomes will generate from the center of the Underworld, forming a V shape. One side will be your chosen evil biome, the other will be Hallow. Head down to the Underworld and look for bright, pinkish stone with Crystals growing on it and bright pink illuminant enemies appearing.

Honestly, even if you're going for Terra Blade, I'd still stick with Menacing and Lucky so you don't have to reforge back to them once you get another weapon. Stacking Gauntlets with Celestial Shell and Beetle Armor offers plenty speed boosts already.

Most of the failed runs on Twins had them at 80 to 90 percent dead with 1 eye left (not the laser one) and then knocked out.
